On the morning of November 9, the christening of one 208000 DWT bulk carrier built by our Group for BOC leasing was successfully held.
The new vessel was christened the m.v. CL Yulin (state silver Yulin) by Ms. Jin Ping, the honourable sponsor who threw champagne to bless a safe sailing in the future and more efficient and economic services to ship owners and customers.
The ship is the eighth of ten series of 208000 DWT Bulk Carriers built by our Group for BOC leasing. The honourable leaders and guests of the ceremony visited the vessel accompanied by by Mr. Liu Sicheng, General Manager of Qingdao Ocean China Hualin Co., Ltd., and the first captain and chief engineer of the m.v. CL Yulin and exchanged views with the crew.
Mr. Liu Yuguan, Deputy General Manager of BOC Financial Leasing Shipping Business Department, Mr. Du Chengzhong, Deputy General Manager of YANGZIJIANG Shipping Group and Mr. Zhang Tao, Deputy General Manager of YANGZIJIANG Shipping Group signed the delivery documents the same day on behalf of each party in the presence of representatives from all sides.The m.v. CL Yulin was successfully delivered. On the afternoon of November 10, the m.v. CL Yulin (State Bank of China Yulin) commenced its maiden voyage, the newest addition to the ship leasing business of Bank of China.
